Find your why

Before embarking on any health and fitness journey the first thing you need to do is discover your why.


Finding out your why and writing it down allows you to stay motivated, accountable and focused on achieving your goals. 


Stay motivated

Anytime you find yourself falling short, losing motivation or wanting to quit, remind yourself that  the healthy you is worth fighting for. If your excuses are stronger than your why, you will constantly find yourself being derailed, falling short and starting back at square one!
